Centre for Educational Development
The Centre for Educational Development (CED) supports Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in key functions of teaching, research and publication. We manage the edveNTUre (Blackboard) e-learning portal as well as provide a wide range of services for staff on a job request basis (JRF).

Faculty Development - edUtorium
The Centre conducts and organises courses, seminars, conferences related to education, for internal and external parties. Examples of courses include workshops in using the eLearning portal edveNTUre, as well as courses in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

The annual teaching and learning seminars conducted by the Centre for Educational Development (CED) is part of our edUtorium initiative for professional and faculty development. The series of seminars cover the areas of pedagogy/andragogy, the effective use of educational technology and innovative approaches to enhancing and enriching students’ learning experiences.

The 'NTU Teaching and Learning Seminar - from Good to Great' series is part of Centre for Educational Development’s faculty development initiatives. The inaugural seminar was launched in February 2005 and it received encouraging participation from NTU, NIE, MOE schools and other educational institutions in Singapore.
